After that, such a clean and relaxed person is perfectly prepared for a full body massage, which alternates with a warm pindu massage. An hour and a half massage relieves tension and contractions in muscles and tissues. Filled with barley grains, linseed, chi and sunflower seeds, the pinda, together with jasmine and rose oil, provides a deep relaxing effect and frees the mind and space for new energy to enter. Finally, tea and relaxation in the Quiet Room.
